1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

We offer spoons in various premium materials:

6. Are your spoons dishwasher safe?
Yes. All stainless steel spoons are dishwasher safe. Wooden spoons are recommended to be hand-washed to maintain their natural beauty and longevity.
7. Are the spoons food-safe?
Absolutely. All Spoonique products are made with 100% food-grade, BPA-free, and non-toxic materials.
8. Do you sell individual spoons or sets?
We offer both single spoons, serving spoons, and complete flatware sets (4-piece, 6-piece, 12-piece, etc.).
9. Are the spoons suitable for everyday use?
Yes. Our spoons are designed for daily use — sturdy, well-balanced, and comfortable for both adults and children.
10. Do you offer measuring spoons?
Yes. We carry accurate stainless steel measuring spoon sets perfect for baking and cooking.
11. How do I care for wooden spoons?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Dry immediately after washing. Occasionally apply food-grade mineral oil to prevent drying and cracking. Do not put wooden spoons in the dishwasher.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
